The Plan Participant shall be permitted to make payments to the Fund during the two (2) months following each Benefit Coverage Period to make up the difference between his/her total clock hours worked in covered employment and 700 clock hours at the rate of 50% of the Journeyman’s average Fund contribution rate as set forth in the Local 25 Inside Construction Collective Bargaining Agreement.
