DDS has a panel of participating dentists that accept full or partial assignment for all covered services. This means there are limited out-of-pocket expenses when You or a family member visits one of DDS’s participating dentists.

Simply call 1-800-255-5681, identify Yourself as a member of Local 25, I.B.E.W., and ask for the dentist nearest to You. You will be given the dentist’s name, address and telephone number, which You can use to make an appointment. Participating dentists, co-payments (if any) and plan design is available on the web @ www.ddsinc.net; use code number 25-a for your specific plan information.
