1. Credit up to a maximum of seven (7) clock hours will be allowed for each day of sickness or disability for which a Plan Participant qualifies for Supplemental Loss of Time Benefits under the I.B.E.W. Local 25 Health and Benefit Plan (“Plan”).
2. Credit will also be allowed for seven (7) clock hours for each day of unemployment for which the active Plan Participant qualifies for State Unemployment Benefits, only if he/she pays 25% of the Journeyman’s average Fund contribution rate, as set forth in the Local 25 Inside Construction Collective Bargaining Agreement, to the Fund for each unemployment clock hour utilized to meet the eligibility requirements.
